As a dessert enthusiasts, there is nothing more saddening than a beautiful cake that lacks in flavor. Here at Confection Connection, quality is the most important aspect, as we believe that our desserts should taste as good as they look.
All of our cakes are made fresh, using the finest ingredients including free range farm eggs, real butter, exotic vanillas and imported chocolates.
Our frosted cakes are filled and coated with buttercream made fresh to order. Our fondant cakes are filled with buttercream, iced with ganache and then covered with fondant to ensure a sleek look.

This chocolate cake is made with 3 different types of chocolate and filled with our rich signature fudge frosting. The best chocolate cake you've ever had.

Red Velvet
A true red velvet. Not chocolate cake, not vanilla cake but somewhere perfectly in between. A true southern delicacy! Delicious velvet layers, sandwiched between yummy cream cheese frosting. (candied nuts available upon requests).
